SESSION OVERVIEW:
Chris Snyder of the United States Olympic Committee will explain the driving trend in long term athlete development in the U.S., show what various sports are doing to make their sport more consumable by the public through ADM principles, and explain how coaches, parents, athletes, clubs and NGBs can all use the ADM concepts to use best practices in sports that will retain athletes and grow programs.
